Admit I could have missed something but it looks like they are still abuseable as spell-like abilities.
I remember on the postings that some of the initial concerns were the caster's ability to use 1 wish/day to enrich his storehouse (via item creation); Alpha 2 includes an adjustment to the wish spell, which amongst other things (such as diminishing the ability-enhancement property), no longer allows items to be created/summoned. It looks like the response to the abuse concerns was to weaken the spells in the first place.
That said, I recently had a wizard PC in my campaign gain "Limited Wish", which he has been fairly fast-and-free in casting despite the xp cost. While it does provide potential game-breaking situations (and makes one as DM sweat a little), it hasn't proved to be an issue. That, coupled with what I've seen in parties that have had access to "Wish" and "Miracle", I don't see these as spell-like abilities being dangerous, especially with the adjustments to the spell descriptions.
