While this could be an alchemy thread, this is a general plea. Whatever ideas people are proposing, please calm down about them. There are a number of instances of people expressing opinions in tones that chastise or demean others or expressly invalidate any opposing opinion, either at the opening or in reply to other, opposing opinions. While having factual or logical arguments is one thing, I'm beginning to get tired of the "because we all know everybody who disagrees with this statement is an idiot" threads. And I'm not completely without shame on this, I admit.
General plea to calm down.
And hopefully people other than the ones I'm less riled up about will agree.

Agreed.
Personally, I'd like to see more threads devoted to actual data from running scenarios with these rules. This is, after all, a section devoted to "Playtest Feedback," not "This is what I don't like about Pathfinder after reading the Alpha Release." While I can definitely understand reservations, and being able to see potential problems without actually having to sit down and playtest is possible, a lot of it ends up sounding like a lot of other threads beating dead horses over at Wizards, on Monte Cook's site, and various other gamer hangouts across the Internet.
