Subscription Billing Address & Shipping Address mixup?

I received my monthly Paizo drugs - er, subscription items, but instead of being shipping to my selected address, it instead went to my billing address. While I did receive my order (so there's no need to resend), I just wanted to point this out, as well as theorize some potential causes for it:

1.) Shipping address was changed mid-"sidecart" - I requested a change while my sidecart items were waiting for PF #8.
2.) New subscription shipping address did not take. *sniffle*
3.) Goblins switched labels.

Option 3.

If by "Goblins" you mean "bug". This was an issue that affected a few shipments of Pathfinder 8. It is a "known issue" and Gary has already taken care of it.

And speaking of bugs... I think this thread is bugged. I had to use some special Paizo-fu-jitszu to actually be able to reply. You probably will not be able to post any further replies to this thread.

This bug, too, is a known issue and Gary's looking into it.

Yeeeaaaahhh...

So this time didn't stem from a digital pest, so much as a human one. The bug in the code was fixed, but I neglected to check the other areas affected by the bug and failed to quash [b]all[/i] of the repercussions of the bug.

My bad. :(

I've tracked down and fixed the rest of the areas of your subscriptions affected by the bug and you shouldn't see this again. (In this case, it was your sidecart that was stubbornly holding onto the old address)

In other news...

Just this morning I finished off the last of the pre-Paizocon Lilith cookie-bounty. :)
