Modern SRD is still OGL right?

Liberty's Edge

Looking at the legal document in the MSRD, it looks like it is OGl. If so, does that mean that the MSRD can be "mined" for any good ideas and mechanics?

I would love to see one of my favorite feats in the Pathfinder RPG. See below.

Agile Riposte
[b]Prerequisites:[b/] Dexterity 13, Dodge.
[b]Benefit: [b/]Once per round, if the opponent the character has designated as his or her dodge target (see the Dodge feat) makes a melee attack or melee touch attack against the character and misses, the character may make an attack of opportunity against that opponent. Resolve and apply the effects from both attacks simultaneously.
Even a character with the Combat Reflexes feat can’t use the Agile Riposte feat more than once per round. This feat does not grant more attacks of opportunity than the character is normally allowed in a round.

Sounds like a cool feat that would definitly fit in the combat feat setup...although with how Dodge is, and how Combat Feats work, it would probably be changed to

Agile Riposte
Prerequisites: Dex 13+, Dodge
Benefit: As a free action at the start of the initiative phase, you may choose an opponent for your character to focus on. If that opponenet makes a melee attack or melee touch attack agianst the character and missesthe character may make an attack of opportunity against that opponent. Resolve and apply the effects from both attacks simultaneously.
Even a character with the Combat Reflexes feat can’t use the Agile Riposte feat more than once per round. This feat does not grant more attacks of opportunity than the character is normally allowed in a round.

Silver Crusade

I would like to see the inclusion of the d20 Modern feat Heroic Surge as a special martial class ability. I think it may actually go along way toward making the martial classes more mobile for those that worry about that sort of thing.

Heroic Surge

Benefit: The character may take an extra move action or attack action in a round. The character may use Heroic Surge a number of times per day depending on his or her character level (as shown below) but never more than once per round.

Character Times per
Level Day
1st–4th 1

5th–8th 2

9th–12th 3

13th–16th 4

17th–20th 5

Agile Reposte and Heroic Surge are two of my favorite D20 Modern feats.

Liberty's Edge

Agile Riposte and Heroic Surge are nice. Expanded Psionics Handbook also has some nice feats.

I'd like to see Paizo get creative and look into all OGL (including d20 Modern and XPH) for its end product.

Heroic surge has been used for "d20 fantasy" games in the past as well, since it was in a ton of the WMP Dragonlance licensed products. I didn't even realize it was in the Modern SRD, but since I had it in my Dragonlance books, I was allowing it in my FR games as well, since it didn't seem too bad of an idea.

D&D 3.0, too. I'm very happy with 3.5 but a few useful things were left behind.
