Typically, as school powers are spell like abilities, they should not need components. This makes the universal school pretty strong, for giving component-less access to limited wishes and wishes on higher levels. Of course, the painful component about a (limited or full) wish is the XP Component
If components are needed, the universal school is rather weak, because noone would spend these amounts of XP per day.
Paizo: please add a short sentence on p. 46 at the end of "school powers" clarifying if school powers (SP) need components.

Unfortunately, the Universal School is just that powerful... you do get free, consequence-less (at least XP- and gp-wise) Wishes and Limited Wishes.
Yes, but in this thread, Jason Bulmahn said that he plans on removing all XP costs from the game, so normal Pathfinder wishes aren't going to have an XP cost either.
