OK lets try this again (the last time I posted this it didn't post). I and other people think that the human needs more class features. But what do you give to the human? It supposed to be a versatile race so if you give them that benefits one class in particular thats bad. So my suggestion is that the human should get like 2-3 choices off a list. Maybe half-elves and half-orcs could get some too, but not as much as the human. Also they'd have choices not available to the human. The current weapon specialization ability of the human could become one of these options.
