Instead of the "Special: A fighter may select X as one of his fighter bonus feats." line, just make it short and easy by adding the [Fighter] descriptor.
It would make them a lot easier to spot in the lists. And for any class that gets a similar list of bonus feats (meaning specific feats, not just "all metamagic Feats" or something), there could be a similar descriptor.
Combat Feats wouldn't need this, since all combat feats are automatically fighter bonus feats. Same goes for Metamagic Feats and Wizards.
Weapon focus would look like this:
Weapon Focus [General, Fighter]
Choose one type of weapon. You can also choose unarmed strike or grapple (or ray, if you are a spellcaster) as your weapon for purposes of this feat.
Prerequisites: Proficiency with selected weapon, base attack bonus +1.
Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus on all attack rolls you make using the selected weapon.
Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a new type of weapon.
