I would like to see a change to point blank shot/precise shot. Would combining them into one feat be too powerful? I will be playtesting alpha with RotR soon and was thinking about trying this combo out.

*I know 4th edition got rid of them, but I think that's going a little too far :)

Or giving Point Blank the addition of no AoO when using a ranged weapon while being in thread range of others.
(Maybe only if you shoot the one you are threatend by).
