The Turn Elemental and Turn Outsider feats pose certain problems.
As it stands, for example, an evil cleric could gain the ability to COMMAND GOOD OUTSIDERS, which I think people can agree is Just Plain Wrong. And any attempt on the part of a good cleric to Turn almost anything affected by these feats will HEAL the targets (although a generous reading of "...affect these targets as if they were undead" might solve that problem, but the idea of positive energy harming living things is a bit odd). There should be both some limits and some additional flexibility on both these feats.
I hold the opinion that the choice between turning and rebuking, and the nature of what CAN be turned and rebuked, should be divorced from alignment entirely and depend solely on the cleric's religion.
ETA: Also, the feats in question are out of alphabetical order. :)
