UPS Tracking Number missing - don't have package after 10 days

I haven't received this package yet.

A package containing 1 item from Paizo Order #908827 is about to ship from the Paizo warehouse via USPS Standard Mail, estimated 3 to 10 business days in transit.

The email had no tracking number for UPS.

Please help.


That's because it's USPS (United States Postal Service) and not UPS (United Parcel Service). USPS Standard Mail has no tracking number and can take much longer than the USPS's estimated 3-10 business days.


I ran into the same problem and sent an e-mail to customer service like you. The next day I got a final notice from the local post office saying the Paizo package would be sent back on April 4. I hadn't gotten any earlier notices.

You might want to just go to your post office with id and ask if they have something for you. As long as you can identify yourself as the receiver they should give it to you.

I'll just reiterate the above posters:

Your order shipped out on 3/17 via USPS Standard Mail, which has an estimated delivery time of 3-10 business days. Today would be business day 10 since it shipped, so if it hasn't already shown up, it should do so any time now. If you still have not seen your order by the beginning of next week, let me know and we can take another look at it.
