I play a rogue using two short swords. With TWF and two light weapons, my net penalties are -2 on the main hand and -2 on the offhand. If I now take Double-Slice, I gain +2 to my off-hand, making my off-hand better than my main hand. This strikes me as bizarre. Would it not be more appropriate for Double Slice to give +1 to each hand instead?
