At last, a place that requires little commentary.
First off, Combat Maneuver Bonus looks nice ... but I don't think it's necessary. Why not just use Reflex?
That said, let's stick for CMB for a moment.
1. BAB + Str (I would allow for Dex Mod or Str Mod and leave it to the player to decide) + Size.
2. Grapple. Okay. It looks nice and it looks simple. But it also looks like it might become just as easily cumbersome as the current rule, considering that it becomes CMB v. CMB basically. I don't know if I have a better suggestion.
In the end, it looks nice. I just don't know how it'll play out.
3. Turning/Healing. Two words. Me like.
Now, back to Reflex v. CMB.
Yes, I know that the comparison doesn't account for Str in combat as opposed to Dex. But perhaps CMB is your Reflex Save with either Str or Dex? Does that get too complicated? Not sure.
Generally, not a lot of comments. I like CMB in theory. I don't know how it is in practice. I also don't know if there's a better, easier, approach than creating yet another new stat, like CMB. (Granted CMB isn't all that radical - it's basically someone's melee attack bonus . . . or if you accept my suggestion of Dex . . . someone's range attack.
