In reading this, I can't help but wonder why Pathfinder isn't riddled with great 3rd party open game content?
I mean, I see a thread where Jason wants input on good combat feats, and I'm thinking "I don't know... why don't you start with the 100 feats in the Netbook of Feats. They're all OGC."
Is there any particular reason why there is no outside content in the Section 15?

Remember, this is just an alpha test. Its not even the beta test or the final product. Right now, paizo just wants to test out ideas and see how they fly with potential customers. They can worry about crossing previously built bridges in the final product.
Right now, this is about testing new ideas.

It's mostly been a time issue, so far. Also, since the intention is largely to solidify the core, we haven't been looking for wholesale changes and new stuff (the combat feats may be a bit of an exception, here, but I trust you get the idea).
It would be very helpful for readers to point out OGC they think worthy of inclusion. We have a huge library of d20 and OGL stuff from my time as editor-in-chief of Polyhedron (the d20 magazine), but we don't have everything.

Can I recommend the series of spells Grow Plant Ally as published in Nemesis IV: Nature's Avengers by Bards and Sages. I happen to know the author took great care to make sure they are well balanced. They make nice Transmutation variations of Summon Nature's Ally series of spells.
