Instead of oh having three feats, what about having a single feat that give you three options. You have to use the first one to use the second one, etc. Same concept, but less costly to take.
I think the Pathfinder Alpha 1.0 gives you some great material to home-brew this with, but I don't think a feat that complex is good for core rules.
Would be pretty cool as very background specific feats - similar to prestige class abilities.
