The text reads:
"Devastating Blow (Combat)
Having worked yourself into a fury, your strike hits with
devastating accuracy.
Prerequisites: Backswing, Overhand Chop, base attack
bonus +11.
Benefit: As a standard action, make a single melee attack. If you hit, you score a critical hit. Special weapon abilities that activate only on a critical hit, such as vorpal and f laming burst, do not activate."
My question is when using this feat is that an automatic confirmed critical hit or is it a case of still needig to confirm a critical with a second roll?

You do not need to roll to confirm with this feat.
