Could be that it's already been suggested, or that you were going to do this all along, but just to make sure:
When you come out with PFRPG yext year's August, be sure to release a free conversion booklet. A couple of pages to show the differences between 3.5 and PF, so you can use 3.5 books with PFRPG, or PF books with 3.5.
Make it a PDF, AND a print affair you distribute to gaming stores (and also bundle with the book), so people can get them when they want to keep their 3.5 books but use Pathfinder, or some Pathfinder derivatives.

I prefer it as a separate booklet, perhaps like the AD&D - 3.0 booklet/pdf.
Reason for that is simple, experienced players don't need it. They should be able to figure it out simple, less experienced ones won't need it for very long, and MOST IMPORTANTLY new players don't need it at all.
But really, it's a 1:1 conversions on classes and levels, so there's no reason for anyone playing for more then a year to need it.
