Design Focus Threads

Hey there all.

In an attempt to get a bit more focused feedback, I am going to be starting up a series of “Design Focus” threads. These threads will discuss one aspect of the rules in depth, without dragging other topics into the discussion. Here are a few guidelines.

Please do not start any threads with the [Design Focus] tag. We will start these threads as needed.

Please keep the discussion in these threads on topic. If you have other ideas not concerning the focus, please start a different thread.

These threads do not constitute the final discussion on these issues. There are merely there to help get some focused feedback to better assist us in making decisions.

Thanks; there has been a huge flurry of activity by everyone this week, and it was becoming quite difficult to keep track of which threads I had read. It was all starting to blur together, especially as certain opinions were being repeated.

Good, I think we're all glad to be helping, but it can sometimes be a case of "too many cooks..."

An excellent choice as skills seem to be the most vesatile and useful part of the Role-Playing aspect of the game. they also can get a DM out of trouble if the players do something "unexpected"
