A few comments about general class skills

-I find the idea of the barbarian possessing a Knowledge class skill to be a little strange, and I think Survival covers the sort of familiarity with the natural he would possess. Stealth would be a more appropriate skill, I think

-As druids are priests of a sort, they should have Knowledge (religion) as a class skill

-since fighters are involved in armies and often serve as guards, and, for that, matter, secular knights are generally fighters, they should possess Knowledge (nobility) as a class skill. It’s a more pivotal Knowledge skill for them than Knowledge (engineering) or Knowledge (geography).

-Knowledge (religion) should be kept for monks. If nothing else, there’s such a strong link between the class’ name and religious knowledge.

Just to fire back my thoughts on a couple of these points;

I don't think the idea of a barbarian having knowledge itself is too odd, especially something like nature. It speaks to me more of tribesmen passing on verbal lore and stories, of a medicine man showing him herbs to be eaten or how to identify animals. Doesn't have to be book smarts.

Druids and knowledge religion are kind of iffy for me, I think it depends on the flavor that druids are going to have in the default setting. Knowledge religion seems to hint that they know of other gods and religious rites as well as undead and the like, when in truth the could worship the ideal of nature in their own way. I'm not necessarily for it, but I'm not against it either, just depends on the setting I suppose.

As for fighters, I agree that nobility would be an effective skill for them, nearly as much so as it is for paladins. However I agree with the other two knowledges you mentioned, especially in terms of them having served in war. Engineering shows knowledge of siege engines and geography implies he has traveled and knows the land more then most. If one of them has to be dropped for nobility, geography seems the least needed, but perhaps something where they could choose two of the three so you could build it based on the concept behind your fighter? Not all have served a lord, but not all have been there and back again either.

Finally, as far as knowledge religion goes for monks, I have to agree with you on this one, though perhaps for a different reason. I tend not to go with things simply because they are tradition, but in this case I think the fluff for the setting supports it. It seems likely that most monks would be followers of Irori and likely would learn much of her rites from that practice. And of course being a follower of Irori likely means they are to be well educated in general as part of the perfection of mind kick.
