1) The table that lists the skills that have been rolled up into a new skill is missing tumble. It should be listed as being part of acrobatics.
2) I'm guessing that with the new skill system, skill synergies are gone, but it would be nice to have clarification.
3) I couldn't find a reference in the spellcraft skill table to the DC for casting defensively to avoid an AoO. However, it does seem like that's still part of the rules, due to the combat casting feat revision. I'm assuming that the DC is the same as under concentration, but it should be in the table.
