I do like the rouge talents, but I do not like the rouges getting access to spells even a couple minor ones. I do not think the Rouge class should have available to it some innate magical abilities like the Sorcerer or Gnome.
While this might be too powerful of a rouge talent maybe something along the lines of a rouge being able to get an automatic check if they come within 5 ft. of a trap; something like Elves get for secret doors.
You can include my dislike of the advanced talent, dispelling attack, for the rouge as well.

I like the magic talents, though I agree they shouldn't be innate. I see them as the rogue picking up bits of spells here and there, perhaps through studying scrolls or tomes, to help him in his larcenous ways. I definitely don't think the rogue should suddenly sprout sorcerous talent, but a more wizardly approach makes a lot of sense.

They don't strike me as too much of a problem, as is. Might require some tweaking, but I would have to try it out in play (yay playtesting :) ), but most of the folks I know who play rogues would not take those options, except perhaps for spells that would make them better at being a rogue (like detect traps type things or skill boost spells).
