Promotional code entered, but has no effect

Hello,

I entered a promotional code in my shopping cart, and it shows that it was entered. However, the price does not reflect the 10% discount.

I proceeded to the select payment screen and it still does not show the discount.

Is there any way to clear a promotional code and re-enter it?

I tried emptying my shopping cart and re-entering everything, but it retained the promo code.

I had the same problem just now. I figured that the code expiring today might have meant it wasn't good on the 31st.

I just placed an order and had the same problem. I used the promotional code from the Xmas card/Holiday card. It didn't indicate that I got my discount. Is this an error?


I just place an order for 31.49 (I think) and it did not give me my discount. What gives?

As I made my order (#741758) under the assumption I would be granted a discount, it seems that you might want to do something to sort this out, you being the great dudes that you are.

I haven't emailed them because I've found posting on the boards to be more effective. I emailed once last year about a problem and waited a week for a big fat nothing. On day 8 I posted here and Cosmo replied within the hour. Of course it's holiday time now and they're probably getting addled somewhere to celebrate the New Year... so maybe in a few days, once their sobriety returns, one of the customer service goons will pop in and threaten our families if we don't shut up.

Cuz that's what usually happens.

Email has worked for me in the past, though it did take a few days for a response. Well, my order # from yesterday was 859770, if that helps anyone in customer service.

*chuckle* looks like the shipping folks will have their hands full when they get back. And it looks like the card/promo did inspire a number of purchases (read: it worked :) (Mine too was Shackled City :)

Lisa answered that they will work on it when they are back from the holidays here.

Hey everybody,

It appears that our promotions code incorrectly expired on December 31st at 12:00am, as opposed to 11:59pm as it should have. As a result the Paizo Holiday promotions expired a day sooner than they should have. We are deeply sorry for this mix up.

To make up for this, we have decided to extend the Paizo holiday promotions through Sunday, January 13th. This means that you can complete your order at anytime before 12:00am, Monday, January 14th (PST), and get your holiday discounts.

If you have already completed your order and wish to have the discounts applied to it, please let me know.

Unfortunately, as Corey explains in the fourth post of this thread, the Treasure Chest is still listed as Pre-Order, so is not allowed with the discount. I'd assume it would flip over soon, but I'm not sure if it'll be before the code expires Sunday night. But then again, what do I know, I'm just some random guy.... :)

It won't be shipping until next week, so you can't apply the discount to it.
