I had a notice on November 1st that my copy of Pathfinder #3 was being packaged to ship, with a link to the PDF and so forth. Yet it's now November 15th and nothing's arrived yet. Was it waylaid somewhere between Washington and Wisconsin?

Okay, now it's been 21 days. Even throwing in Veteran's Day, that's a fair long while. #1 and #2 arrived speedily, but this one's taking forever.

you may have to wati for cos for a real answer, but - you got the email onthe 1sr which means it hadn't actually ben paacked yet, and doesn't leave until the business dayafter it was packed... so many lef on the 5th. Vets day thanksgiving and weekends don't count therefore friday will be business day 1, which is usually when they say to stry worrying - i have had game mastery mods take 21 business days before
Still nothing today, on Nov 29th. 24 days after the ship date of Nov 5th.

if my email was sent on 1st november but goods being sent on 5th November and i have the 9-36 days shipping option does that mean that i shouldn't start to worry til 7th or 11th december?

Not an official answer, but one based on info collected from previous answers given by Paizo staff (and since paizo staff don't usualy work during week-ends, you'll probably have to wait until monday-tuesday to get an official one.)
From previous answers, shipping estimates are in work days, so you have to remove week-ends and holidays (at least 3 holidays in the USA during November, and you might also think about holidays in your own country, if any).
You should probably give it 2 months before worrying, since there are about 20 work days à month.
