International shipping for the pathfinder subscription is $5 (which eats up most of the 30% saving, so it actually works out as basically free shipping).

I can't comment on shipping times to Mexico, but I know they manage to ship them down to Australia in about a week or so, so I would think it is quicker to Mexico.

When you place your order, you will be charged for the books you buy, and then every month when pathfinder ships you will be charged for that month's copy.

No. The subscription is for the Pathfinder Books ONLY. I think they are working on a subscription for the Pathfinder Chronicles books, but have yet to actually work out and announce all the details.

The first Adventure Path (Rise of the Runelords) covers volumes 1 - 6, and should take your PCs from 1st level to about 15th (although with the extra stuff they are cramming into Pathfinder, probably higher). The second Adventure Path (The Curse of the Crimson Throne) starts again at first level, and takes the PCs through to around 15th level again. Although this AP does occur after the first AP, it does not unnecessarily explicitly continue the same "plot" (or adventure path etc).

I'm not really sure what's going on here, but I'll try.
When you sign up for an ongoing subscription, you can choose to have your subscription start with the current (ie last released) volume, or the next volume. Seems since #3 just got to the warehouse, you can still choose to start your subscription from #2.
I'm not sure what you therefore mean by the first 2 books? Do you mean #1 and the Player's Guide? If so, unfortunately there is no way you can get #1 at a discount, and the players guide was never discounted (fair enough its only 2 bucks and you can download a free pdf).
So you will have to pay full price for Pathfinder #1.
The Players Guide was never discounted.
It appears you can still start your subscription from Pathfinder #2, although I would expect that to change pretty soon.

A couple things I can add:
The best way to get an estimate of the shipping charge is to "simulate" a purchase, by adding them to your cart and starting the checkout process up to the shipping method choice (but don't confirm the purchase at the end if you don't want to...).
Shipping time estimate is not realy easy to give. While it seams you get it in one week in Australia, it takes 1 month to get to Canada. A lot a things could interfere with shipping times, like post-office speed, customs, week-ends/holidays. For a one-time purchase, you might also consider to add a couple days in between the time you place the order and the time it ships.
For the Subscription vs Normal purchase, as said, you can only begin your subscription with current and following issues. Back issues will have to be purchased separately, at full price (20$ for PF) and without a free PDF (you can purchase the PDF separately, 13 or 14$ I believe). As mentionned, Paizo is currently shipping PF#3, so you might want to hurry if you want your subscription to start at PF#2, as you probably wont be able to start with it for long (they will likely change to PF#3 in the near future, probably sometime this week...).
Hi again, do you guys know how long does an email to custumer service takes to get answered? because now the pathfinder #2 is no longer in the subscrition and I send my email 4 days ago with my cuestions when it still was there and since I havent recived an official answer I havent purshased the subscrition and thought maybe we could work out that #2 was included becuase when I sended my mail it still was there.
Oh well, its a long shot.

Well, I can't answer for them as I'm only another customer, but all I can say is they don't (usualy/officialy) work during week-ends nor overnight. So 4 days ago, means 1 or 2 working days ago.
Last week was also PF3/J1 shipping week, so they possibly had an overflow of e-mails. If they were already a little beind in e-mails (by one day, for example), your e-mail could be answered only today/tomorrow.
Do politely mention your case to customer service reps when you get an answer. I'm sure you'll be able to work out a satisfying agreement with them.

Thanks but as I said in a previous post I was hoping that you could include pathfinder #2 in my subscription since it was there when I sended my email, and was waiting a respose to my email to ask this in a reply, I sended another email asking if this is posible, Im just waiting for a response to this question to decide if I purshase the subscription, thankyou.

Your subscription will begin with either Pathfinder Volume 3 or Pathfinder Volume Volume 4. Pathfinder Volumes 1 & 2 will have to acquired separately.
