Where is Falcon's Hollow located compared to the events of the Pathfinder modules?
Thanks in advance.
They are on the same continent, but far away from each other.
The analogy I've seen on the boards is that if this was the equivalent of North America...
Varisia = Pacific Northwest
Magnimar & Sandpoint = Seattle area
Falcon's Hollow = Miami

Sadly they haven't really said, maybe we the Pathfinder accessories come out we'll get more details.
Not that it's necessarily true, but if you look at the northern and eastern boarders of the map in the Player's Guide, it really seems like the geography of the area is setup to cut that part of the world off from the rest without using boat or taking a perilously journey through the mountains.
In any case, we could speculate that the "Hollow Mountains" on the island in the western part of the Varisian Gulf are the "Falcon's Hollow Environs" seen on the Last Hope map if you really want to make the Last Hope adventure a lead into the Pathfinder adventures. :)

That works perfectly. Thank you! :)
All I have to figure out now is how to get the characters from Crown of the Kobold King to Pathfinder. Hrm...

Simple, if you have them run the entire adventure, have one of the children they save mention they saw a demon woman with red hair (Naulia) talking to the kobolds and overheard her say she had to "return to Sandpoint before the celebration begins" instead of the Campaign seeds listed on page 26. The PCs can then take a boat to Sandpoint.
Remember though pathfinder 1 is a level 1 adventure so you might want to run a little water adventure that only has a bad ending to rob them of any magic items they'd have that would make Pathfinder 1 too easy. Items get lost at sea all the time when monsters wreck ships. ;)

The problem isn't just getting PCs from Falcon's Hollow to Sandpoint (which is a journey of thousands of miles), but the fact that when the PCs finish Crown of the Kobold King they'll probably be 4th level. You can pretty easilly jump right in to playing Skinsaw Murders in Pathfinder 2 at that point, of course, but playing Burnt Offerings will probably be pretty unsatisfactory since the challenges there will mostly be pushovers.

We've already altered the world so that Falcon's Hollow is within a boat ride to Sandpoint James. ;)
As for Lvl 4, easy enough to deal with, strip the PCs of some magic loot so they have to buy mundane stuff, and add 2 or 3 goblins to each encounter.

Down in the bottom right hand corner of the map, there's a river named Falcon's River, it got me thinking that maybe somewhere in that mountain range is where Falcon's Hollow is located after all it is located on the banks of a river and is a lumber community and one of the most famous means to transport lumber was down a river.
So what do you think?

You'll also want to slow down their XP accrual to get on track at some point, or you'll have to scale up every adventure, which means even more XP, which means they're even *further* ahead...
