Customer Service: Still No Pathfinder #1

I have yet to receive my Pathfinder either. You shipped it 28 Aug. I'm prepared to hold off for another week to see if it arrives, but perhaps you could inquire into the situation.

Well, what I feared came true.

I returned yesterday from my 2 weeks vacation. Today I went to the post office and they told me, that the package had been returned to its sender after 7 workdays (seems to me that Pathfinder was delivered on the 12th September to me, 5 days prior to other German subscribers)... sigh...

D2... back to sender. Pathfinder... back to sender. Pathfinder Player's Guide... back to sender. (Order no. 781750)

What can we do? Send it all together with the next Pathfinder volume?

Your copy should have arrived by now. I will get a replacement sent out for you.

Since it is going to Canada, unfortunately we have to give your copy it's "customs time". Let's give it another week, but if you haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we can take further action at that point. Keep me posted on it's arrival, please.

While you did get the address changed before the first Pathfinder shipped, the address change didn't effect it because the order was already created. That means that, at this point, your first Pathfinder is probably making it's way through the labyrinthine forwarding process of the USPS which always delayed the arrival of packages. We'll need to give it extra time as well. If you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we'll give up hope for it's arrival at that time. This is, of course, going on the assumption that you have forwarding on that address. You DO have forwarding on that address, right?

Hey guys, I'm not sure if it was the original copy or the replacement, but I received PathFinder #1 yesterday.

No way that should have taken over a month to reach the east coast.

No way that should have taken over a month to reach the east coast.

If you still have the cardboard mailer, look to see when it was shipped. =) if it was 8/21 then it took a long way around (east coast by way of Hawaii anyone?) if it was just after Cos' post then your first one is still MIA
