Missing Issues

I received Dragon #359 in the mail today. That's the good news. The bad news is I haven't received #358 yet!

On top of this, I still haven't received Dungeon #149 and #150. Considering that Dragon #359 was the last issue out of all 4 that I was expecting to receive I am a little confused.

Does that mean that my other 3 issues are lost? If so, how do I go about getting replacements for them?

I received dragon#359 and dungeon#150 today. Thing is, I was waiting for #358 and #149. Plus the poster that's supposed to come with #359 is missing.

I just got my copy of issue 359, today, on the 31st. I have flipped through the pages 5 times already but I can't find the poster. Where is it? In the bag there was only the magazine and a paper with my adress on it.

Is the poster a scam?

Hey! I never got issue 358 either. I just looked at my collection and the last I got last month was 357. This is realy bad!

Are all Canadian customers served this way???

Hey Cosmo. Thanks for that. I have also just noticed that Dragon #359 did not come with the poster map. Could you add a poster to the package as well? The issue itself seems to be fine, it was just missing the poster map.

I have just received my Dungeon #150 but have not yet receive #149 Please help ASAP.

I am having problems with my Dragon subscription also and have posted that on appropriate site.

This has already been e-mailed to customer service as well.

Received Dragon #359 (without the poster) and Dungeon #150 in the mail today.

Still have not received Dragon #358 or Dungeon #149, however.

I have received an e-mail saying that I will be receiving Dungeon #149 and #150 as well as Dragon #358. I have sent 2 e-mails asking about getting the missing map from #359 sent out but have not received a reply.

How do I go about getting a copy of the map from Dragon #359 sent out? (Mine was one of the many copies that was missing a map)

Hey Olaf, (and the rest of our subscribers missing the #359 map)

This seems to be a little more than a small mistake with a few copies of Dragon #359, so we're currently looking into what may or may not have happened. We are going to get a #359 poster to everyone missing one, but need to find out what happened first.
