The Karzoug + Dragon cover is the Gen Con limited-edition alternate cover. The standard cover is the one with Valeros and the goblins.

So what does that mean for ppl who live OS that wold realllly like an Alternate Cover but unforunately can't afford the 1000's of $$ to get to GenCon??

You can probably suggest a corrected title on the product page itself - at least, you can do that on the American Amazon. I've done it to fix up products I know were misspelled, or when they've screwed up an author's name.

The same as it does for any other "convention-exclusive" items produced by any company: You either a) find someone that is going and ask them to pick you up a copy, b) try to track it down on eBay afterwards (knowing that it'll be way overpriced), or C) you're SOL. That's about it.
