Is there going to be a place for the previous APs to be set in the new world?
Considering you're building the world from scratch, shouldn't be too difficult to create new places that center around them.
This has been brought up in other threads. Some people have asked Paizo to set aside a portion of their campaign setting for this purpose, but they haven't commented on the subject yet. I doubt you'll see an official word on the subject, as those APs are WotC property, but you'll likely see fan-created adaptations / conversion notes.

i wouldn't be surprised to see places in the world where the APs would fit in quite nicely... the names would have to be changed of course, but you never know.
