I've read that the GameMastery modules will take place in the same world as the Pathfinder arcs, but will they be in the same place and be interconnectable?
For example, if I ran my gang through D0 (umm...something Hollow...something) and then the Kobold King adventure, could that same group continue on to Runelords 1?
Could I expect to be able to use the other GameMastery modules as sidetreks during the rest of the Runelords story arc?

Some of the GameMastery modules will be set in or near the Pathfinder region. Of the first ones on the schedule, W1: Conquest of Bloodsworn Vale is right nearby and D2: Seven Swords of Sin is set in the region.
That said, GameMastery modules will also roam the world, givin you glimpses of what lies beyond.

Does this go for the Compleat Encounters as well? Even though I know they've been in production already. I have all of them now, I think. Throwing them into the adventure path is going to happen already for my own flavor, I was just wondering if it would add "Official" flavor. And if official how about a little map and one paragraph description of where they take place.

Yup; Crown of the Kobold King does not take place in Varisia. BUT: Just as you can fit "Keep on the Borderlands" into the start of "Savage Tide," you'll be able to jury-rig Kobolds into Runelords. It'll take some work and it'll invalidate the need for the first adventure in some way (since you'll be high enough level to start the second adventure, probably, by the time you finish "Kobolds" but will have missed out on all the setup from the first Runelords adventure), but it can be done.
My advice? Run the Runelords campaign on Saturday and run "Crown of the Kobold King" and the other GameMastery adventures on Sunday. :-)

Solid solid advice. I personally am planning on getting at least three game days/nights in every week after I move...especially if I get to New York where I know faaaaaar too many gamers to fit them in one campaign. Three nights a week MINIMUM!!! Ah, what a life that will be!

We have placed these in our world, and hope to share that information as we reveal more of the setting.

Heaven help me and my dice bag if I start a new campaign to run my players through Hollow and Crown and then try to tell them we're starting a new new campaign in August to play Runelords.

The phrase "Pathfinder region" seems to imply that there is a single region of the setting that will be used for all of the Pahtfinder AP's. Is that accurate?

Just a single region for Rise of the Runelords...other APs may take place in entirely different regions of the setting.
