I know you guys seem to be working on this Varisia (new fantasy word to spell incorrectly, yay!) and maybe plan to use it in a few more AP's, but I would love for there to be a contest to make a new world to set an AP or two in. The winner would then work closely with Paizo for the duration of those AP's.

Given the amount (or lack thereof) of sleep the Paizo clan is getting these days, I doubt they have time to look at setting proposals. Such an endeavor would be extremely time consuming, and very expensive.
You best bet, if you want to get your setting ideas published, but don't want to start a vanity press (self-publish), would be to submit your work to various open-calls. There are a few publishers out there looking for new submissions.
