A friend of mine who also subscribes received his a short time ago but I have yet to receive my subscription copy.
The same happened to me here in Sweden, a friend of mine received his copy about two weeks ago but I haven't seen mine yet. I contacted customer service a couple of days ago, and they said that if it hadn't turned up around March 20 I should contact them again.

March 20th?? Isn't that more than just a little overdue?
I emailed customer service as well but have yet to hear back from them. They've always been very good in the past, though.
Customer Service Folks: In case my email didn't get through, can I please request a replacement copy of Dragon #353? Thanks!

Though most issues arrive more quickly, it can take up to six weeks for issues to reach addresses in Europe.
I emailed customer service as well but have yet to hear back from them. They've always been very good in the past, though.
We apologzie for the delay in email replies. We're short a CS rep at the moment and the office has been hit by near-constant cycle of cold bugs and inclement weather this winter, so we're a bit behind. We will get to everybody, though.

No worries :-) You guys do great work and I'm sure it'll all be sorted sooner or later.
