I have not yet received my copy of Dragon issue #352.
I see that it shipped 01/03/07; I wanted to give it a bit extra time to arrive, since the last two issues arrived after I had expected them. But I also see that issue #353 is set to ship tomorrow.
Can I get a replacement copy sent?

Sadly, I'm in the same situation. I was not sure what was the procedure so I also sended a email at the customer service (customer.service@paizo.com). Ignore this if the problem is already been taken care of.

The best bet for any problems with subscriptions or orders is to email customer.service@paizo.com.
i received my replacement copy yesterday; thank you Paizo cust-serv. I also received issue #353 over the weekend, so I'm all good on my sub at the moment, with plenty of reading material for the next month.
