Hey, guys. I just received my order #1310325 this afternoon, and the board game "Dracula" (RGG233) was not included in the box. There was no indication that it was delayed or sent in another package.

Is it on the way? If not, can I get a copy sent? Thanks!

I placed an order yesterday that included the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Bestiary (OGL) Hardcover.

However, last night I received a copy as a gift. Yay! But now I don't need a copy of the book.

Can I cancel this item from my order?


I have not yet received my Order #1151807. Order history shows it shipped March 31. Regular shipments of Pathfinder have never taken this long to arrive via Standard Postal Delivery before, so I'm starting to worry about this one.

I received my package today. I also received Pathfinder #4 today, so that made it that much sweeter. My wife had to sit and listen while I sang the goblin holiday song for her -- that was a nice touch, BTW.

Despite the seemingly interminable wait, I remained hopeful, and I still received my order in time for my birthday (I ordered the Green Ronin sale items as a birthday gift to myself).

I've just re-entered all 11 items as Order #708409.

Last Thursday, I placed an order for 11 items from the list of Green Ronin products on sale, for a total of $28. I also received a confirmation email about this order.

Now when I check my order history I see that order #836789 contains only 1 item from my original order.

Can the original, complete order be restored, or should I cancel this order and try again?

I've also sent an email about this discrepancy.

Thanks for the responses, guys. There's a good possibility that I'll be going in on two cases with a friend, and it's good to know that ordering from Paizo is an option.


I'm seriously considering for the first time buying a case of the Night Below miniatures when they release. Until now, I've been buying individual boosters of each set but I think I'll do much better with just buying a sealed case then getting singles to complete my set.

Do you guys have an option for ordering a factory-sealed case of the new miniatures release? I know I can get them from other sites/onlline stores, but 1) I already have an account here, and I don't have an account with those other guys, and 2) I'm trying to stay loyal to you guys.

Any response will be much appreciated.


i received my replacement copy yesterday; thank you Paizo cust-serv. I also received issue #353 over the weekend, so I'm all good on my sub at the moment, with plenty of reading material for the next month.


I have not yet received my copy of Dragon issue #352.

I see that it shipped 01/03/07; I wanted to give it a bit extra time to arrive, since the last two issues arrived after I had expected them. But I also see that issue #353 is set to ship tomorrow.

Can I get a replacement copy sent?

Update: I received Dragon #351 in the mail yesterday. All is good. Thanks, guys, and Merry Christmas. Most likely things are being delayed due to the increased volume of mail at the holidays.

I can't recall every having not gotten my copy by the time it appears on newsstands. Should I be worried yet or should I give it more time?

In other words, how overdue is late enough to justify a request for a replacement copy?

I have to agree. I've ordered several items from the Paizo store over the past year, and I've been extremely happy with the level of customer service I've received. I must admit I had a minor issue with one order (an item was left off), but Cosmo was very pleasant when I talked to him on the phone and he was quick to correct the problem and get the missed item sent to me. Thanks, dude.

Perhaps my favorite thing about ordering from Paizo -- apart from the warm fuzzy feeling I get from simply supporting a site by gamers for gamers -- is the fact that I can track my shipment every step of the way. When I get an email telling me my order is about to be shipped, I can see when it is expected to arrive, and I can track it through UPS as well.

For all orders so far, I received my package on the date given me as the expected arrival date. I know that's largely due to the carrier, but you guys get credit for giving me the UPS tracking number for my shipment and allowing me to track the package from my order history page.

I'm also a satisfied subscriber to both Dragon and Dungeon, and again I love the fact that I can check when my magazines were shipped.

So kudos to you, Paizo guys and girls. Keep up the great work.

So I guess I'm waiting for those other items to get back in stock until my entire order is shipped? How come they were ready to ship last week but there's no stock today?
