Upcoming Eberron Adventures?

Dungeon Magazine General Discussion

My group is playing the excellent Chimes at Midnight adventure and I was wondering what new Eberron adventures are planned for upcoming issues of Dungeon. Will there be more higher-level Eb adventures, Dragon magazine tie-ins, more place articles ala the Ring of Storms (which was great, btw)?

Thanks.

Dungeon 143 has one called "Riding the Rail" by Mr. Chris Wissel, the Were-Platypus idol of millions. Alas it is probably not the high-level adventure you are looking for being listed as suitable for 5th-level characters.

Yay, wereplatypus!!!

There's one of those guys in a million right now.

I'm working on a sequel to "Chimes" right now. In fact it's just about done, but still has to get the "we likie" or "no, bad, try again!" from James, Jeremy and James. I'm gonna get it in asap (like Tuesday) and hopefully all goes well.

Mr Logue, aren't you at work on an Eberron mega-adventure for WotC? Is there any information you can share?

Tim and I wrapped that months ago, but it just got announced. I think it comes out in April next year. Not allowed to share too much...and in fact I don't really know what the final cut looks like. I can say it's a jaunt on Khorvaire's East Coast (Q'barra, the Lhazaar Principalities and eventually Argonessen itself!). It deals a great deal with agents of the Emerald Claw, Blood of Vol, and also with the Draconic Prophecy. Hope that's an okay teaser!

Thanks for the info, everyone. I look forward to your sequel, Mr. Logue, but may I add a suggestion? Your Gather Info table for Chimes was extremely useful; it might be a good idea to also have a Clue Table to assist with all the little details, if the adventure is another mystery. My players love poking holes in plotlines and I had to work really hard (in real-time!) to satisfy all their questions. Also, if possible, get someone else to do the art for the character portraits, as that anime style was detested by most of my group. No offence to the artist, but it just didn't fit with Chimes.

That epic Eberron campaign to Argonessen sounds great. I love picaresque adventures.

Which issue of dungeon was Chimes at Midnight in? What levels is it for?

EDIT: found it myself 133, level 5.
