I read the thread "23 days and Counting" and saw that the shipment had arrived in port almost a week ago. The CS Rep indicated that it would be about 10 days before it made it to your warehouse.
First, any status update on this?
Second, if you begin shipping those next week, there's a possibility a good number of people will be out of town and away from their homes for the Thanksgiving holiday. Thus, the package could end up sitting out in inclement weather for a few days. Will you be waiting to ship those after the holidays, then?

I'm afraid we probably won't know anything else until the games arrive. (And we'll be making a big fuss then.)
Second, if you begin shipping those next week, there's a possibility a good number of people will be out of town and away from their homes for the Thanksgiving holiday. Because of size and weight, most of the bundles are shipping via UPS Ground, which isn't delivered on Thanksgiving or the Friday after, so we don't expect this to be a problem.

Yep, I got a call from the dock yesterday that said they needed one last bit of paperwork to get the games through customs....and then, the apocalypse struck. And by "apocalypse" I mean "snow in Seattle", which has virtually shut down the Emerald City as no one here knows how to drive on ice and snow. Me, I'm from Cincinnati, so I'm totally used to it, but this is the kind fo snow they apparently get here only once a century, and we're all stuck in the teeth of it.
So yeah, the games are indeed here in town...somewhere. And they will indeed be delivered...eventually. Until the ice melts, though, we all have to sit at home and wait (while making dragon snowmen and flinging Orbs Of Snow at one another!)

The reason I am being a stickler about this issue is because I did some free advertising for Paizo on Boardgame Geek and I generated a number of sales for you. Now folks are beginning to wonder what's going on and they're turning to me (and a thread I started on their forums). A lot of people want this game and have had trouble getting it imported, so when Paizo announced their good luck in getting the last copies...
...well, I spread the news. While these types of delays are not unheard of in the boardgame business, the lack of news and updates from Paizo regarding this offer has left many people out in the cold.
Hence, my bugging you. I really don't mean to be a pain, really! I had ordered pdf downloads in the past and was always very satisfied with your services, so you can imagine my concern when this bundle of games and their arrival seemingly stretched well beyond the allotted time.
Thus, I really do appreciate any information you are willing to share regarding this issue.

So, did the shipment arrive and did you begin sending them out?
Nope. We're told that, because of a backlog due to last week's weather, they couldn't get to us yesterday, but they should arrive today.
We also have been unable to get an explanation of why that ten-day window we were given stretched into three weeks.
Hopefully the delivery problems will come to an end today, though.

I sent an email thursday, and another on Friday. I also updated the information Friday around noon (Pacific), so the order should be ready to process now. But, I haven't heard anything back yet. Is it just a weekend thing? Did I get the info to you too late and you'll get back to me today (Monday), or can I start hitting the panic button now?

I've still not received mine. Ordered the bundle in october, was charged for it. Still have not received the original game. The 2 expansions came.
Even emailed the Paizo CEO who told me it would come soon. Got an email saying they were in, then got one that said it was shipping. Still, no main game.
I'm not going to have this to give to my son for XMas as who wants the 2 expansions when you don't have the main set?
What gives? I was charged for this back in Oct.. Not supposed to charge until something ships.
Where is my game?
