The reason I am being a stickler about this issue is because I did some free advertising for Paizo on Boardgame Geek and I generated a number of sales for you. Now folks are beginning to wonder what's going on and they're turning to me (and a thread I started on their forums). A lot of people want this game and have had trouble getting it imported, so when Paizo announced their good luck in getting the last copies... ...well, I spread the news. While these types of delays are not unheard of in the boardgame business, the lack of news and updates from Paizo regarding this offer has left many people out in the cold. Hence, my bugging you. I really don't mean to be a pain, really! I had ordered pdf downloads in the past and was always very satisfied with your services, so you can imagine my concern when this bundle of games and their arrival seemingly stretched well beyond the allotted time. Thus, I really do appreciate any information you are willing to share regarding this issue. Thanks!
I read the thread "23 days and Counting" and saw that the shipment had arrived in port almost a week ago. The CS Rep indicated that it would be about 10 days before it made it to your warehouse. First, any status update on this? Second, if you begin shipping those next week, there's a possibility a good number of people will be out of town and away from their homes for the Thanksgiving holiday. Thus, the package could end up sitting out in inclement weather for a few days. Will you be waiting to ship those after the holidays, then? Thanks! |
