Two weeks ago, I placed an order with your online store. I have yet to receive my order, and have noticed that one of my items is still "Waiting for Product". In the last two weeks, three of the five different items have been listed as "Waiting for Product". I am beginning to wonder what the hang up is, and how much long it will be until I receive my order?

My order is finally showing "Ready to Ship" after 7 days. This for products all listed when ordered as "In Stock".
My previous order also took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, and I even paid for expedited shipping. Paizo's range of products is impressive. Their service, so far, is not.

Your order, which includes the Dragon Magazine Promotional Sorcerer on Black Dragon Repaint, will not ship until the Promo Mini ships. And according to the black dragon FAQ,
We expect to ship them out in late June. Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery in the US—longer for international orders.
As for your previous order, you ordered it on 4/2/06 and it shipped on 4/5/06. As it states on the item you ordered,
Usually ships from our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days
It was shipped to you, as indicated on your order, via USPS Priority Mail, our most economical shipping method.

Well then something is wrong, as I rec'd the order on 4/13. And I beleieve I was checking status for a week before it shipped. If my current order is going to wait until late June to ship 2 books that I could buy locally, because a mini you knew would sell out is not fully stocked, then that is a little backwards as well. On top of that one of the books that was showing, when I ordered, as "In Stock" then showed as "waiting for shipment", then showed as "ready to ship" and now shows as "waiting for shipment" AGAIN. If you can't ship my stuff in reasonable amount of time please say so. I will buy it locally.
