Does anyone know the symbol of the Ebon Triad?
If yes, do you know of an image we can download? (for personal use only).
The reason is that I'd love to let the PCs stumble onto it as a scroll for a hand out at some point.
Thanks!

Gror,
According to the SCAP, the Ebon Triad symbol Tongue Eater carries is made up of a black triangle with the symbols of the three evil religions upon it. Each individual symbol accounts for one of each of the points of the triangle. I do not know of any existing pictures of this, but with an image program and a little work you could possibly create your own. I hope this was helpful.
Good gaming,
Mark

If you pay close attention to the text in "Three Faces of Evil," each faction of the Ebon triad uses its respective deity's holy symbol. So, it seems that the "holy symbol" is whichever deity you venerate - Hextor, Vecna or Erythnul. The leader of Erythnul's faction even had the god of slaughter's symbol graven on the flesh of his chest.
I don't think there is a generally adapted and ubiquitous symbol for this small, disperate cult. There is no Overgod, yet. Perhaps the few adherents of this religion are waiting for said god to make his decree in this matter. But since the three deities that are alleged to merge and become the Overgod are still seperate and distinct personalities, mortal followers cling to their respective devices. Plus, a device or symbol would just give the member away to the purists of his respective church. Such evidence as an Ebon Triad device might bring persecution and worse. Especially in the church of Hextor, I bet these heretics are hated and sought by the faithful.
Just a few thougts.

You raise some excellent points here Don.
I can't agree more with the concept of the cultists disguising themselves to avoid both recognition (secrecy & subversion) & persecution.
Ditto for the disparate cults.
My original intention, however, was & is to wet the PC's appetites by throwing them several additional handouts & the like during the course of play. It's just something I like to do cause it seems to work reasonably well by helping players to connect with plots that may seem disjointed at particular times depending upon the circumstances. If you're a DM, you've probably been there:)
At any rate, this gives them lead ins & clues to the comings & goings & breathes life into the characters. The AOWAP is a great campaign, however, we all like to "tweek" things a bit.
Man, I love this game:)

Personally, I used an inverted, black triangle with the symbols of each religion that makes up the Ebon Triad (Hextor, Vecna and Ares) incorporated into it, a gauntleted, severed hand with an eye motif etched into the armor clutching a bloody spear. I went with Ares because...well, he's cooler than that other CE Deity of Slaughter and War, Erythnel (SP?)
