Hey all, just bought the Shackled City HC the other night and I love it. It's a great book and I cannot wait to get going on it.
I've been reading through the posts here and want to say that it's really cool to have a group like this that is willing to help each other out on our campaigns. I'm also impressed with the RPGenius web page. It is very useful and I've already downloaded a lot on it. It is missing something though, and I have a request to make. I've already put this request up on that board, but thought it couldn't hurt to put it up here as well.
I'm looking for scanned pictures of the NPCs that are throughout the book. I know that Icebreaker has a download available on the other web site, but the pictures are a little small and they have a green border around the pictures. Does anyone have the pictures without the border and the same size as they are in the book? My group is a very visual group and it would help out with these pictures. I'd rather not just show them the module itself.
I could scan them, but hoping someone else has already done all that. :)
Any help would be appreciated.

I have them scanned and background removed to be used for an online game so are large (about 1/2 the screen on a 17 inch monitor). I don't know if you are playing an "in person" game though or how they would print (as that was not my intent when I scanned them.
If these would be helpful to you email me at smahoney(at)wavecable.com

I am busy setting up aa site for an online scap campaign, and am currently without a scanner. I'm curious if anyone here has managed to scan the big two-page group photo of all the Cauldron NPCs on page 344+345 of the big book? The key on page 343 would be useful too.
If anyone would be willing to share this with me, I'd be happy to respond with whatever I can in kind. Although I don't have a scanner, I'd be happy to send you a few xml nodes (for online games) or text prep, or whatever help you might need with your own game.

I have not, for two reasons. The first is practical... I am lazy. The two page spreads are harder to scan and join up nicely with out ruining the binding of the book since the picture runs to bleed on the interior of the book. Second is that I already feel I have all the individual pics and as a result I don't think the cast photo would add much to the experience.
That all said, I would guess your best chance would be if Paizo decides to release maps or pics online like they do for Dungeons.

I can appreciate that. You're right, the individual pics suffice, but I just kind of like the group photo, even if it isn't really necessary.

Those two double page spreads are somewhere around paizos downloads as wallpapers IIRC.
*edit*
Ah yes I found 'em

Thanks a bunch Tekno! I have to say, I am really looking forward to running this game, largely due to the sheer amount of support that seems to be out there. I've been running a homebrew online, and it's a LOT of work, let me tell you! I do plan on starting to contribute to the global SCAP effort at some point. I've been working on type-ups of the shaded room descriptions from the big book. If anyone has a need in this area (for online gaming) do let me know.

Just to let everyone know, the download for Sean's NPC Portrait upload to the RPGenius-SCAP Resource site is working again. Sorry for any inconvenience to all! And any submissions you might have to offer would be greatly appreciated, I'm sure, Ikor.
Rest Regards,
Koramado

By the way, anyone who is using these with OpenRPG. I have found that for the best results you should place these as minis, not as a background. As a background I sometimes get graphical errors (only a portion shows up, or only shows if you scroll past it then back up). I am sure this is an issue with the program not the files as I tested MANY different formats.
