Would you like to work for Dragon and Dungeon?

Thought I'd mention it here on the boards.

I've added some additional text to the job posting that explains how to apply.
Damn you people and your West Coast!
Course I'm not hugely Mac friendly and I do wear a long scarf.
;) GGG
Oh, and now I have our *correct* address on the job description.

I think applying for a job at Paizo should be even more like a game!
Gary Teter wrote: I think applying for a job at Paizo should be even more like a game! Well, every new hire does have to Frogger their way across I-5... but that's more of a hazing ritual after they've already been hired than a requirement, per se....
I'd apply, except I don't live in the Seattle area. Oh, and I haven't used a Mac since I was in High School (19 years ago :-\ ). Oh, right - and the minor detail that I don't know anything about graphic design, either.
Other than those things, though, I think I'm a perfect fit for the job! :D

Um... unless you just meant you're a fan of Isadora Duncan.

I'd also apply as well, but I live in Central Oregon. *sighs*
But...but...I know all the software! And I know graphic design! :-P Well, with the exception of InDesign. The Mac User here in our office uses Quark.

Would it help get the job?

PS Jelly baby anyone?

Yeah, Indesign is just like QuarkXPress, only not as much fun. The version of Incopy/Indesign I work with continues to force returns after colons, as in, "the party was scheduled for 7:
30."
Nice, huh?
On the plus side, it does handle artwork and images more smoothly than Quark.
It's all how you look at it.
Good luck on the job search.

Actually no, I haven't seen the movie, but I still know who Isadora Duncan is. I have an affinity for the rebellious.

I didn't even know there was a movie. I have an affinity for famously interesting deaths.

Professor GGG I didn't even know there was a movie. I have an affinity for famously interesting deaths. I wanna say it came out in the 70's. Actually let me check....
Isadora came out in 1968.

PS So is any of this helping you get a graphic designer?
Great Green God wrote: PS So is any of this helping you get a graphic designer? Actually, it is keeping the words "Paizo Job: Graphic Designer" visible in the list of recent messageboard posts that is displayed on most pages of the site, so... maybe?

HA! Won by a nose.

Yes, but you were running neck and neck.

Pointless bump to tweak messageboard back into shape.
Wow, trust me its a great job.....
You'll have the time of your life!
Good luck!

Lovin' it,

i would gladly apply for the job if i met more than 10% of the requirements. ;) graphic design is the sort of thing i was most interested in before i dropped out of college due to being unable to afford it. :(
