Untagged maps are coming to the supplements!

Dungeon Magazine General Discussion

OK OK, I heard you guys and am happy to announce that the map supplement for Dungeon 124, and all future supplements, will include untagged maps. :) Note that the supplement will still contain tagged versions for you to keep behind the DM's screen. I'll just pop the untagged versions in along with tagged ones.

Also, I've created higher resolution versions of the downloads for issues 118-121 in case you want to blow them up. All future supplements will be available in low (150dpi) and high(300dpi) resolution formats.

Hope this helps,
Mike

Awesome. Thanks!

Feeling like a moron, but what exactly is tagged? Non-numbered, no secret door type maps?

This is really cool! Thanks a million!

This Rocks!

...now about Wil Save... just kidding ;-)

Great! Now to find a way to print out such nice mini-friendly "battle sheets."

Tags are the text and symbols that appear on top of the topographical details.

I.E. encounter #'s, secret door symbols, names, etc...

The untagged versions will just have the art in them with no text. That way you can write information onto the handouts as the party progresses through the adventure.

Well, ASEO, if you really want Wil Save as a high-resolution untagged PDF download, we'll see what we can do. :-)

Well, If you can put it on the web page instead of in the Mag we might be on to something...but as I said.. don't get me started...again ;-)

Thanks a lot, that's a very welcome addition to the mag for me!

Both awesome improvements. Thanks!

That's really cool. I can't wait till I can afford to subscribe to Dungeon. Might be a couple of months though :(

And the Dungeon staff comes up with yet another cool feature when I thought things couldn't possibly get any better! That's great, man. Can't wait to be able to use these.

Are there any plans to make this available for recent past issues as well?

That's great! What's the schedule for putting up the online supplements? Is it standard to wait 'til early in the next month?
