Hey I just started running the adventure in Dungeon 117 where the PC's storm the fort in Istivin against the Giants. Along the way, the PCs run into a character named Mad Amos, which I enlarged and made an ally. While I was drawing up his stats I noticed a couple of things: in the feat section, what do the little B superscripts mean? also, I think they have his attack incorrect. He has two weapon fighting, a BAB of +9, STR +2, a longsword +1 with weapon focus. That adds up to +13 which is what they have for his attack and full attack, my problem is shouldnt his full attack with two weapons be at -2 for all three attacks? They dont have this and im wondering if im misreading something. Anyone noticed this?

What Greg said. Also, if you really want to be exact, it looks like his skills were calculated with Profession being used as a fighter class skill, which it isn't, unless there is an errata I missed. Skill points also weren't spent to pick up the Giant language. (They are his favored enemy, but AFAIK, you don't automatically know the language of your favored enemies.) Change to 9.5 ranks in Profession (prospector) and things work out, or redistribute as you like. Not really a game breaker, that one, but you might as well be precise if you are statting him out as an ally.

Mad Amos (an update of the character of the same name found in the wandering monsters section of GDQ1-7, pg. 19) went through some changes during the editorial process of the adventure; namely from a single weapon-wielding Ftr9 to his present incarnation as a dual-wielding Rgr4/Ftr5, which seems to make more sense for him as something of a survivalist. It looks like some details were missed in the switchover. Thanks for catching those.
BTW I applaud the artist's rendering of Amos In Dungeon. If you have the original adventure, Amos looks like some sort of skinny Santa Claus figure with a Kung-Fu headband. Apparently the years have not been kind to the prospector, because the Dungeon artist seriously put the "mad" into Mad Amos. How would you like that dude coming down your chimney with a bag of toys?
