It's not just seems to be, if you click the link. The 30-90 statistic is true, however, the 10% that don't make it are the ones that have large budgets and no way to get there, which, if trends are correct, is a category that PFO seems to fall in. There are plenty of $2,000 projects that will have earned $600; ones that have a realistic goal. Evidence seems to point to the fact that PFO does not.
Stating an opinion, yes. If I wanted the project to succeed, I'd have posted "Oh no! This project isn't trending towards its goal" or something.
