Honestly, I often roll for my gender. My gender defaults to male because I am one a lot, but when I make a conscious decision it ends up being based on how high I want the voice. Plus, innuendo is so much more acceptable if you're talking about your own gender, or at least from their point of view. :P

Really cool flavor, but the mechanics do absolutely nothing for me.

Yeah, I want everything on the 100 dollar level except the MMO.

There's quite a few good points, although yes, they are quite disrespectful.

That was the point -_-. Anyway, they frown upon drama between boards. Shouldn't have brought it up, but the people over there had some interesting points.

Opening your thread by saying you're glad about something seeming to not go as planned because you hate the host company and core product probably wasn't the best way to go about that.

It's not just seems to be, if you click the link. The 30-90 statistic is true, however, the 10% that don't make it are the ones that have large budgets and no way to get there, which, if trends are correct, is a category that PFO seems to fall in. There are plenty of $2,000 projects that will have earned $600; ones that have a realistic goal. Evidence seems to point to the fact that PFO does not.

Stating an opinion, yes. If I wanted the project to succeed, I'd have posted "Oh no! This project isn't trending towards its goal" or something.

Really, the first and last pages usually do. Not trying to troll, just wanted to see your opinions. I wanted to have some debate about the game. If you're just going to be a jerk by calling me one, fine.

Or Paizo, I can genuinely say I'm glad that the Kickstarter seems to be headed for failure. Most of my reasons can be found on Redacted Link, where many of the potential problems are pointed out. Just thought you should read it, and perhaps give your side of the story.

The River Kingdoms is beating me over the head with ideas.

The same as if Paizo or WotC post a preview of new material on their site. Not technecly supposed to take it, it's theirs, but it's fine if you do.

I'm totally starting early, but I need to know how specifically to tie it into the kingdoms.

After the winners have been announced for the open call, they'll get a PDF of the River Kingdoms. However, they only have 3 days to familiarize themselves and created an archtype. Doesn't that seem a little harsh? I know nothing of the river kingdoms and would be at a severe disadvantage, and I imagine I'm not alone.

There are some that are like that in the core rules, so don't make it too much against them. If it's off by a good margin, then yes, but if it's just like a hundred gold or so, it's not a big deal.

Is round 2 anonymous? Or can we reveal what we'd submit (like, "I'll be making an alchemist archetype," not "I'm making an alchemist archetype which replaces bomb and replaces it with *this*) should we make it to round 2?

I don't really like Pathfinder that much, but I love RPG design and I couldn't pass this up. Two very simple errors are going to DQ me in spirit if not literally. Can't say any more though.

Ahh... Looking at mine again, I realized I left out two key parts: one for rules and one for formatting. It's making me really mad, because my item was really cool.

So, another question. Do you put your title only in the "Title" spot or also in the body of your submission?
