I think you did a good job writing this up. Some of the mechanics are a bit flawed due to the rules for Alchemists Fire, but for the most part this was good technical writing.
However, I didn't vote for you item. It's energy resistance. There are gobs of things that give me energy resistance.
But I might vote for you in the archetype round :D Good luck.
I remember voting for this item a few times. The idea of converting alchemical compounds to elemental resistance is smart and gives this item mojo.
