The one map that uses flip tiles isn't labeled as to which tiles go where. The tile numbers and rotations are:

First row: 10B (180), 08B, 02b (-90)
Second row: 05B (180), 19B, 13B
Third row: 07A, 21B, 20A
Fourth row: 17A (-90), 09A (90), 06A (-90)

Thanks for this, Alex. That kind of information is very helpful to GMs deciding whether or not to allow these options in home games.

Hello. Sorry for the delay in the physical Beginner Box. It is temporarily showing unavailable in our store, but we have more on the way from the port. There will be a slight delay while we restock. We will get back to you with a timeline.

Thanks for the update. Is customer service going to email us with instructions when the physical boxes come in?

I PM'd the author of that section for clarification. My players took one look at that and said "I wouldn't blame you if you banned that, but if you're not going to I am going to BLAST the CRAP out of this planet with leaves!"

Given that the damage is roughly the same as a first level Mind Thrust AND affects multiple targets, I think Verdant Blast should no lower than second level.

Is the spell Verdant Blast correct? 3d6 seems like a lot of damage for a cantrip.

If we're increasing the number of one-shots, then I want to put in a request for a "We Be Space Goblins" series.

My characters want to know if AbadarCorp brand Get Up ‘N’ Go serum is legal for society play.

There is also Shadowcon UK August 29-31. The Warhorn is here: https://warhorn.net/events/shadowcon-uk-2020. Several games still have room for players.

They aren't eliminating wands of CLW. They will still effective for low level characters. If you're high enough level that you need to blow through an entire wand of CLW to get back up to full HP, you're high enough level to be able to afford a wand with a more powerful healing spell.

I agree with some other posters upthread who find it odd when wands containing divine spells are for sale by the bundle at the local Magic Mart. Nobody ever cares which deity granted the spell to the cleric who made those wands. Why do deities just sit there and allow it if a party is using spells it granted in opposition to its goals? It make no sense to me that a wand of CLW crafted by a Cleric of, say, Desna would function completely normally in the hands of a character on a mission to serve Asmodeus.

I think it should have both. I have been told that the Spanish translation already has both. It has the imperial measurement followed by the metric measurement in parentheses.

I think it makes more sense to use imperial units by default in a medieval fantasy game, but it's good to also include the metric units for people who aren't familiar with the imperial units and have trouble visualizing them.

Oh yeah, I forgot completely about how I don't comprehend Fahreinheit either. It is just simpler to have "0 Celsius is freezing point, 100 is boiling point" if you ask me.
I only know 2 things about fairinheight 1. 30 is freezing(which is weird) and 2. -40 in celsius is also -40 in fairinheight

Fahrenheit is easy. 0 is cold, 100 is hot, 50 is a little chilly, and 75 is pleasant.

I'm American. Fahrenheit is for weather and Celsius is for chemistry. Kelvin is for physics.

Thanks for telling me that the money I spent on this game was not appreciated, Paizo.

See, that's harsh, and in my opinion unreasonable.

Paizo shouldn't be locked into forever making 100% compatible material just because you - or I - prefer it. Sure, I was bummed out when the pasta sauce base I've used for 40+ years was discontinued. But that doesn't mean Kraft did me wrong. All of those meals I've eaten were delicious, and they were exactly the reward I'd contracted with Kraft for when I bought the sauce.

We aren't entitled to eternal new books for PF1e. We got what we paid for. We got a decade extension on life for the rule system we enjoy. We should be thankful for that.

Put one last, emotionally-loaded way, if my wife (of nearly 20 years) decided to call it quits with me, I'd be very, very saddened. But I wouldn't ever think the last two decades were wasted or regret it, or be angry, because frankly they were wonderful years, and the lack of future wonderful years wouldn't take them away from me.

So hey, I'm about as not-thrilled as can be about this news, but I'd still recommend taking a different perspective than the angle you're firing at.

That's good for you if you have been playing since the beginning, but some of us haven't been around nearly as long. I just dropped $250 on some hardcover PF1e rulebooks two weeks ago, and today I'm finding out I probably should have saved it for PF2e stuff.

I have a friend who spent like $1200 on D&D 3e rulebooks and they are just sitting on a shelf collecting dust because no one plays that edition any more.

When I decided to get back into role-playing, I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on D&D 5e rulebooks and then can't use them because everyone else is playing 6e now.

One of the reasons I chose Pathfinder over D&D was that Paizo didn't seem to be playing the game of getting customers to spend hundreds of dollars on rulebooks only to turn around and make them obsolete by releasing new editions.
