Wolverine and Colossus- 'Fastball Special'
Half-orc throws Halfling = 'Fastball Special'

House rules cover everything-
Talk to your GM if you don't see or find anything concrete.
He can make acceptations for you, just go into detail on what you want, and both of you can work together and come up with something fair and balanced.

For example, maybe a Strength and Dexterity combo is needed- maybe there is penalties to strike... etc.

If he just says no- then thats the law.

If your a class that doesn't need to prepare spells, do you gain your new spell immediately? Or must you rest that night and wake up with the new levelspell... and all other perks?

Yes, thank you for your insight on this matter.

Thanks for your input I really appreciate it.
So to be clear..... get up at 8am camp at 6 pm.... wake at 8 pm spells ready at 9 am?

Now these times of camp getting up etc vary.
So this hypothetical time line I posted in this post is correct?

Time zone north or south wouldn't mater, you still camp/ rest same time so I'm not sure where your going with the north/south thing? As long as you rest and recover...?

So wake at 8am....
camp at 6pm....
wake at 8am...
we're fully charged....
8 am spellcasters are ready to fight with full spell powers...

I need to confirm something regarding these classes as far as spell recovery.
Just mainly Spell recovery for Hunters, sorcerers, and Bards.

Ok so it's 8am, we get up do our thing... go adventuring, run out of spells... we run out of spells early or late... situation depending.... we usually/normally camp at 6-8pm...

We get up at 8am break camp and go back to adventuring. That's a 24 hour day..... so are we good? Spells at full?

Or is it 24 hours after we make camp? If that's the case say we make camp say 6pm after starting at 8 am... we don't get spells back until 24 hours after we camp... so we're at full spells at 6pm? The next day?

Or is spell recovery 8 hours of rest?
If it's 24 hours after we make camp for spell recovery that's a lot of downtime...
And magic classes will be nothing but down time...

What's the verdict?

Can the shatter spell still be cast on a person regardless of the weight rules to still affect him some how? So say 5th level shatter cast on a 150 person... would there still be damage done to that person? Or would you have to focus on its head and shatter its nogin?

Thanks, good to go.

Gotcha. Are the above number of attacks correct?
+6/+1 ((TWF)

Mainhand +6 -2
Mainhand +1 -2
Offhand + 6 -2

So what if I take Improved TWF?

Mainhand +6 -2
Mainhand +1 -2
Offhand + 6 -2
Offhand +6 -5

Is this correct?

Are the number of off hand/main hand correct?

That's what I got. +6 BAB -2 =4 and so fourth.

I believe this is correct if I have 2 normal attacks +6/+1
Two-Weapon-Fighting. ((just using BAB)). (( Both Weapons are Light))

Mainhand +6 -2
Mainhand +1 -2
Offhand + 6 -2

So what if I take Improved TWF?

Mainhand +6 -2
Mainhand +1 -2
Offhand + 6 -2
Offhand +6 -5

Is this correct?

Is there a 'Family Killer' class? I thought I saw something in the 'Horror Adventures book, but now I have come up empty... any known info? I like Serial Killer as well.

So a 5 foot step back don't cost an attack of opportunity, and that would be the way to go about it?

I have a question regarding the Lucerne Hammer.
Can you use it in Melee combat at a range of 5'.
5' feet seems to be the norm in combat. Do I need to be farther
from my enemies to attack properly with this weapon?

Thanks to all for the help and clarification.

So would restoration lesser be a 'cure' spell?

New to the cleric- the spells I prepare if I want to use it more than once does it have to be prepared more than once? Or since its prepared you can cast it as many times as you have slots?

Do you loose your channel energy for a priest if you fail a concentration check?

I've been reading and maybe I'm missing it, but when do the PCs realize what class's they are? I have thought about easing them into their chosen class bit by bit during book 1.
Like after the session and EXP is given, they get a little token and eye opener of what they are, not including memories but just class related stuff.... Stuff they have for gotten over the months or years they have been prisoners.

So what are Thoughts on when they realize there class? I do t want them starting out knowing they are a warrior, wizard, cleric etc... I want this to be eased into as they retain their identity then memories will follow book to book...

Thanks

I ordered that and it's in the way, I thought there were some other books.

I ran across a book or 2 that were player companions based on some horror themed things that seemed useful. Now I cannot find them. Does any one know the Titles or numbers to such books?

Thanks.

If you cast a spell and it says casting time standard action,
does that mean when it's the Wizards turn he can cast a spell?

Example X goes, Z goes, wizard casts fireball for 5D6?

I have a question about the initial level power of a wand.
I was under the impression that the lowest level possible for
A wand was 5th level strength.

So if one found a CLW wand I have been thinking all along it would be
A 5th level wand healing 1d8+5

Is there wands out there with lower spell strengths?
Say 3rd level strength instead of 5th level?

If so I think I have been making my groups lucky when it comes to finding wands.
