Doctor Redhat, Neerwyn? Could either of you identify any of these things? Victor says, gesturing to the unknown magical items.

After we give this place a good search for anything valuable(phat loots) I think we should head back to the harbor with our intel and prisoner.

Victor searches the rat leader and removes everything from him but his clothes. Then takes his silk rope and binds him to the best of his ability.

Victor looks around this room for any more ratfolk (perhaps hiding?), then looks around for a way to continue upwards.

After everyone is in he will dry himself and his gear as best he can then put on his armor.

Victor looks around for a tree or something to tie a rope too that's not too far away. If there is one he ties rope onto it and takes off his armor and stows it along with his weapons.

Then he will take the rope with him as he attempts to swim through the grate.

I'm with you Porter, sounds like a good plan. I think we should be going during the day as well, just in case they would have an advantage at night.

Grand Lodge

Male Half Orc (HP:12/12, AC:17/16/11, F+3,R+1, W+2, Init: +3 Perc:+0) Paladin 1

Proposed Idea: Porter moves to the edge of the our woods opposite where the creek is and takes a couple of shots. While the rest of the party sneaks near the creek and moves to the tower, once we get there we engage the rats, causing a big ruckus so any of the rats in higher levels will be distracted so Porter can run to us and back us up.

Grand Lodge

Male Half Orc (HP:12/12, AC:17/16/11, F+3,R+1, W+2, Init: +3 Perc:+0) Paladin 1

I'm thinking going by day would probably be best as most of the party doesn't have dark vision and the rats are more likely to, but like Porter that's just a guess.

As for a diversion....what do we have that's loud and distracting..hmm..(looks at Ruby's and Porter's guns), what's the effective range on those things? Is 175ft too much? (my estimation from us to the top of the tower)

Victor turns the rest of Dragon Battalion and whispers,"I believe stealth could be a great asset in this encounter, although.."he looks down and knocks softly his own armor".. with me around I fear it would be spoiled."

any possibility of getting a map? failing that the distance to trees and tower?

I'll temporarily pause the gameplay until I see what I can do as three players will be pulverized... I really don't want to do more recruiting. It's a pain to do. So please, Ruby and Sir Vorag, can we overcome said non-issues and form a battalion capable of beating the monkey out of some ratfolk.

Victor looks nervous but determined as he stands with his squad mates. His armor gleams, new and unscratched, as does his polearm. He has light green skin and tusks popping up from his lips, obviously some kind of Orc. As he waits he reaches up to his chest every once in a while to a wooden holy symbol and rubs it a few times, staring at it while he does so.

When asked about himself he replies in strong northern acccent,"I am Victor O'rzet, I was sent here from my church in Rastlin. I was chosen to come here and make sure the evil 'Society' is eliminated before they can cause any more harm to anyone else."

Also, any info on what makes the Society so evil and what sort of beings are they? IE. necromancers, demon summoners, etc. Or is that all a mystery to us?
