Nice to see the old gang stopping by and great recap! EPIC campaign and so happy to finish it and I want to thank to everyone who was involved, players and GMs alike.

With his fury-driven swings, Valgrim strikes at the demi-god's essence, until Kyuss is no more! He looks back and is overjoyed when Bubba gives him the signal that Friar is still alive. He smiles as the demons teleport away and he drops out of rage and collapses to his knees, fatigued with his face covered in tears, sweat, blood, and grime. When the monolith melts away, Valgrim flies out of the way, grabbing any party members who cannot fly, as the party watches from afar their destruction.

Later, when the party liberates the citizens from Alie's mansions and the party is overwhelmed by the cheers, Valgrim smiles in appreciation but leaves it Bubba and Friar to say the appropriate things. He was always one for action and not words. After the cheers die down and the party rests, Valgrim discusses helping to rebuild the city as well as returning to Dragotha's lair for the rest of the treasure, now that the dracolich has been destroyed forever, before any new threats can move in.

Epilogue:

After joining the party on that last venture and splitting up the enormous treasure and selling any unnecessary magic items, which could literally take months to accomplish, Valgrim eventually leaves Alhaster, saying goodbye to his companions if they have other plans, and buys himself a fancy cottage in Magepoint as his retirement home when he can no longer travel freely due to old age. For now, he looks forward to any future adventures (extraplanar most likely) that Manzorian can tempt him with and continues to travel throughout Greyhawk to keep himself entertained, learning about new cultures and meeting new people. He is a ranger after all, so his home is the road.

Alie, how about a persistent delayed blast fireball? That's a DC 31 Reflex save right when you metamagic it? He could fail that having to roll twice if you penetrate SR. It's better than targeting his ridiculous 52 touch AC. You could even cast Time Stop first and then cast 2-3 to go off at the same time!

Valgrim grimaces when the blade cuts him, but as he sees the cloaked god of worms lunge at him, Valgrim dives to the side, thanks to the bard's helpful advice! When he hears the bone-chilling scream, Valgrim steels himself and resists the god's death magic! "That the best you got?! Both of your so-called Heralds were tougher than that...before I buried my blade in their skeletal eyes! Bub, thanks for the advice, but get out of here...that Engulf will eat you alive!"

As a swift action, Valgrim casts Instant Enemy, which does not provoke AoO, now classifying Kyuss as an undead foe for the next 16 minutes!
With his innate hatred for undead building and the energy from the Rod, the enlarged Valgrim full-attacks Kyuss with Scorched Fury!
From Blessing of Fervor, Valgrim takes +2 bonus to hit and +2 AC and Reflex saves. He also uses a Mythic Point to remove the Power Attack penalties for 1 minute.

I can't carry the ring of wishes as I have enough rings on. I really think we should use a couple of wishes to boost either my Strength (I am only front line fighter left), Friar's wisdom, or Bubba's Cha. We have faced death and undeath at every turn and survived, thanks to the skills of my friends. So I know this with the greatest of certainty, that we will survive tomorrow, and we will prevail. So save your whores and whatever other earthly pleasures you offer, no disrespect intended, because this is what is going to happen. Tonight I am going to drink and drink of these fine dwarven spirits until I pass out and you're all free to join me. And after we defeat it, however we manage to do it, and stave off the Age of Worms, we are going to bask in the praise of the city. Then after the celebrations die down, I am going to take my share of the immense Dragotha hoard and I am going to find myself a fine dwarven lass and I am going to make a litter of babies and go retire as a dwarven king in some mountain range.
