Hello, I am really sorry I have to do this but the winter season has not been kind to me on time allocation. I have a lot of tables I have to manage myself and I feel it's just time consuming to also be a player. I am reducing the amount of games I have to attend and unfortunately I am going to have to stop playing in this game as to not hold you up anymore. Happy gaming everyone!!
Following behind Creeden and try to fascinate the creature with a performance. DC 17 Will to negate Fascinate (Su):
At 1st level, a bard can use his performance to cause one or more creatures to become fascinated with him. Each creature to be fascinated must be within 90 feet, able to see and hear the bard, and capable of paying attention to him. The bard must also be able to see the creatures affected. The Distraction of a nearby combat or other dangers prevents the ability from working. For every three levels a bard has attained beyond 1st, he can target one additional creature with this ability.
Each creature within range receives a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 the bard’s level + the bard’s Cha modifier) to negate the effect. If a creature’s saving throw succeeds, the bard cannot attempt to fascinate that creature again for 24 hours. If its saving throw fails, the creature sits quietly and observes the performance for as long as the bard continues to maintain it. While fascinated, a target takes a –4 penalty on skill checks made as reactions, such as Perception checks. Any potential threat to the target allows the target to make a new saving throw against the effect. Any obvious threat, such as someone drawing a weapon, casting a spell, or aiming a weapon at the target, automatically breaks the effect. Fascinate is an enchantment (compulsion), mind-affecting ability. Fascinate relies on audible and visual components in order to function. She sings a song about nice creature let us pass and to keep guard of the place after we do. She will motion for the party to pass as she sings and passes as well, unless it fails and the creature attacks.

Timona lets her performance linger as she she follows along staying close to Sister Zephra. "Well, everyone know's we are here." She smiles.
Timona will let her performance linger and cast Cat's Grace on Ortensia. "Be swift as a cat!" She sings
Timona will strum her banjo to inspire courage upon your allies.
Timona gets ready with her banjo in hand as she watches the thunderstone launch at the trollhounds.
"We were invited no? So let's just go up?" Timona thinks this is odd. "Maybe be on guard and go up and ask?"
"Careful, I might know what those are."
"That doesn't look safe. Shall we check it out?" She puts her banjo away as she probably was playing it on their way here.
Timona looks at the creature, "Do you have a more formal name, I don't like them calling you the beast. You're really not."
"Yes it indeed will, thank you so much. Our friend is innocent." Timona claps her hands together in excitement and hope.
"I'm sorry but did you just say this 'beast' was arguing about money? Doesn't that seem odd to you? If you think about it, do you think you recognize the voice of the beast?"
"You lost your sight after the fires. So what exactly did you see before the fires and how are you certain it was the beast?" Timona questions Otto.
Timona will watch, thankful it's not her this time going down alone.
Timona starts up a performance to inspire allies +1 atk, dmg & vs fear.
Timona takes a total defensive stance as she watches carefully for anything to happen.

"Agreed, let's do that."
"Interesting saying." Timona strums her banjo trying to find a good note to go with that but shakes her head nope. "Welcome aboard then, our new friend will see it's freedom. Vrood huh?"
"OK let's go talk to some people, that will give us more to research I'm sure, then we can go to university when it's open." Timona looks bright today and does a lot of moving around as if performing on a stage, though she clearly isn't.
Timona says to her allies, "I hate how they keep calling it the beast." "As our investigation continues, I am sure we will once again find this beings innocence." She says to the judge and court then let's out a big sigh.
Timona will give an opening statement and perform oratory to inspire competence +2 to the skill check of her ally who speaks after her.
"Once again we are here to prove this individuals innocence. After a 'more thorough' investigation we found some incriminating evidence that these attacks were done by a foul creature, one that is not even alive." She will do her best to go through the evidence with the assistance of her allies.
Timona nods in agreement. "I still can't figure out how they just thought to pin this all on the beast. Why are things so obvious to us but not them."
Timona will start up a performance to inspire courage.
"Oh these things? They are just ment to scare crows." She starts to play her banjo and sings a song about a crow in the field one day was lonely and met a scarecrow. She walks up to it.
"Where do you suppose it would drag the children to." Timona will begin playing her banjo as she looks for any tracks leading away from these houses.
"Maybe there is window we can go in." Timona checks to see if any windows near the door open.
[ooc]I don't know the exact words to say but perhaps Timona does, so I'll roll a diplomacy to spruce up her words.[/oo] "People of the court and your honors, this beast is not guilty of any of these crimes and we have evidence that will prove its innocence."
"OK let's go. Time to rest and wake up for a trial." Timona helps gather all evidence we need.
Timona will start playing the banjo to inspire courage.
Timona moves in to read the ledger. Particularly the last entries.
"I can't unlock this but I can inspire someone with competence." She strums the banjo with a smile.
"Correct, we have the start of the trial tomorrow and when given time we can investigate the other locations. But this is very incriminating evidence."
"Oh gross, this guy wears these?" Timona partly vomits in her mouth. "Well this is no good. We need to tell them about this. Can you imagine the other things that were done by Vorkstag & Grine while wearing these."
As you say quiet, you hear Timona pluck a string on her banjo. "Oh opps, it's out of tune."
Timona will let her performance linger for the last round and move and pull out her wand. That's all she can do.
Timona will let her performance linger, then move up and deliver a cure light wounds on Ortensia
Timona will start her inspire courage back up and stay where she is. Just playing the banjo.
Timona's performance lingers for this last round. She will move back to get a better view of Grine and she casts Jitterbugs Jitterbugs: Duration 1 round/level - 4 rounds
You cause the target to perceive itself as being covered in creeping, crawling, stinging bugs. This causes the target to become jittery and unable to stay still, forcing it to constantly move and twitch. The target takes a –4 penalty on all Dexterity checks and Dexterity-based skill checks, and cannot take the delay, ready, or total defense actions.
Timona will let her inspire courage performance linger and cast heroism on Ortensia.
Timona will begin playing her banjo to inspire courage +1 for everyone. She will move behind Ortensia.
Timona puts the items in her belt pouch as she's trying to hold in vomit. "We should check the other doors on this floor."
