Forgot to say that for the next 6 rounds, Aram takes 1d3 Con damage unless he succeeds at two DC 20 Fort save. I don't know if this makes his HP slightly more managable, but its there.

Vengeful applies poison to his blade as a swift action, before moving and lashing out at Aram, hoping to score a hit.

GM is it possible I can stealth in and sneak attack the guards are is this unrealistic / too many of them to avoid detection. Ideally Marnarius would like to gain control of the tapestry to trigger a larger force if at all possible.

Sorry, just looking for confirmation because its unclear, can we attack them now, or do we wait until that "one round before combat starts" thing expires. I only ask because Vengeful doesn't really have many buffs he can apply short of studied target.

I don't have that knowledge skill. I guess its pretty clear that splitting up isn't a great idea (otherwise this would be a knowledge check I could easily do solo), so maybe we are doing things wrong?
